By accessing and using PixelForge AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

PixelForge AI provides AI-powered content generation services, including:

• Text-to-image generation
• Image-to-image transformation
• Text-to-video generation
• Background removal
• Image upscaling and enhancement

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Account Creation:

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must not share your account credentials

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credit System:

• AI generation requires credits
• Image generation: 1 credit per image
• Video generation: 5 credits per video
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits do not expire unless account is terminated

Pricing:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• GST applicable as per Indian law

Refunds:

• Credits are automatically refunded if generation fails
• Payment refunds subject to our Refund Policy
• Contact support for refund requests

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Depicts minors in inappropriate ways
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Promotes terrorism or illegal activities
• Impersonates others or spreads misinformation
• Contains personal information of others without consent

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of prompts you provide
• You retain ownership of generated outputs
• You grant us license to store and process your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don't infringe others' rights

Our Service:

• PixelForge AI, our logo, and brand are our property
• Our AI models and technology are proprietary
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our Service

Generated Content:

• You own the generated images and videos
• You can use generated content for commercial purposes
• You are responsible for legal compliance when using generated content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

Note: AI-generated content may have limitations in copyright protection. Consult legal advice for commercial use.

Service Availability:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance
• Generation quality may vary
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

Content Accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Generated content may not match expectations
• We are not responsible for how you use generated content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PixelForge AI is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content generated by users

By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Payments processed through Instamojo and Razorpay
• All prices include applicable GST
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Chargebacks may result in account termination
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

You may:

• Cancel your account at any time
• Export your data before cancellation

We may:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Refuse service to anyone

Upon termination: Unused credits are forfeited, and content may be deleted after 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].
